Apologies for this, but I have been struck down by a very unpleasant virus so will neither be well enough to attend meetings, nor do I wish to pass the virus on. I will post an update at the end of the week as to future meetings - Sujatin

A message from Susthama:
Dear Friends,
With the Amida conference approaching fast we need your help to get the word out. If you would like to help, please circulate information on any networks you know, put notices on notice boards, and, above all, tell people. Word of mouth is what helps most. If you can distribute publicity material please do and if you need more, please let Mudita or me know.

There are lots of things you can do to lower your blood pressure. We all know you can start eating healthy, become active, or even take certain medication, but not everyone is aware of another way to lower their bp.
Meditation has its roots in the Buddhist religion. The act of clearing one`s mind and relaxing one`s body has long been viewed of as a way to reach enlightenment. A therapeutic social worker who is also a yoga teacher says meditation can be beneficial to your health, even if you`re not Buddhist.....
Our session on February 5th will be slightly shorter than usual, running from 12:30 - 1:15 pm (as I have another meeting to attend, for which I apologise).
Remember the new venue - I have updated details here
