Buddhist Prayers for World Peace, 19 October 2011

This is the 'Week of Prayer for World Peace'. In the Peace Room in Northumbria University Chaplaincy (Wynne Jones 408) there is a display on the standing notice boards which has resources for prayer. If you want to pop in - anytime between 9 am and 5 pm, even if only for 5 minutes, please do.

On the morning of Wednesday 19 October, from 10 -12, Rev Sujatin Johnson, the Buddhist chaplain, will lead a Metta ("Loving kindness meditation"), chant and lead Pureland Buddhist prayers.
