Christmas at Rowan Lodge

We spent Christmas 2006 at the lodge - it warms up quickly and was very cosy. Mark, the park manager, and his family lived in our lodge the whole winter a couple of years ago and were always warm, even with deep snow.

The park looked lovely, with many people having put up Christmas lights.

The dining area

In one corner of the living room is a dining area, with pine table and four chairs. There are views across the valley to Troutbeck and the fells from the window.
