dalai lama film in london

PLEASE HELP – THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW

'The Unwinking Gaze' UK Premiere @ Prince Charles Cinema, London. Sat 29th March, 6.20PM.

This film is the result of three years of unrestricted access to the Dalai Lama. A unique portrait of the exiled leader as he struggles to negotiate a political settlement with China

Tibet's problems are headline news due to violence in Lhasa, but the issue has lain unresolved for 49 years. The Dalai Lama is now 72 and the Chinese government still refuses to engage in real dialogue with him. In the critical time before the Olympics, the film will be seen as a message from the Dalai Lama to the Chinese Government – it could inspire thousands globally to push for a non-violent political resolution and if it does, you will have helped make it happen.

Please come and watch this film. If you can't, pass this on to friends/family/groups/colleagues. Book tickets by phone on 0870 811 2559. Box Office opens at 1.30PM. Ticket price: £6.50 (for card bookings+25p/ticket). For more info and ongoing news see Facebook group - The Unwinking Gaze' UK Premiere @ Prince Charles Cinema
