Welcome!
This is the site about Amida activities in India - in particular our sangha in Delhi

The Amida Delhi sangha members come from the poorest section of Indian society, so are unable to fund themselves. Most are Dalits - so called ‘Untouchables’- and have converted to Buddhism, following the example of their hero, Dr Ambedkhar. They are supported spiritually by visits from members of the Amida Order. Amida involvement and their Buddhist faith and practice have helped change the lives of so many for the better
Amida Trust, a charitable trust based in the UK, along with members of the Amida Order and Amida School, would like to support our sangha in India. We invite you to contribute towards Amida Delhi and similar activities in India
