No matter what else he promises, no matter how he tries to 'put a line under' the matter, to 'move on'.......
For Tony Blair, the war in Iraq may never be over.
As new questions are asked about whether the invasion was illegal, the
advice of the attorney general – and his sudden change of mind
– puts the Prime Minister back in the dock.......... Iraq has not faded away quietly.
At the core of Blair’s
problem is the issue he cannot avoid: the legality of his decision to
unquestionably support the Bush administration in going to war in Iraq
when virtually all international legal advice warned there was no
justification for doing so.
Wonderful, wonderful! - and many thanks to Willemien. Dharmavidya's Dharma talk at the Sunday service last night at The Buddhist House is now on the net (bottom of column 2). It took a while to be able to download the Olympus DSS player (Willemien had to send it to me as an e-mail attachment in the end) - but now - we have lift-off and I'm listening to my teacher as I type. Ain't technology great!
Thanks to Beginner's Mind for this Pema Chodron interview about, among other things, dealing with pain. She's an inspirational teacher at any time and knows what she's talking about, re pain and infirmity, as she deals with Chronic Fatigue (M.E.)

Brian Sedgemore, Labour MP, has given his last speech in parliament. Powerful, impassioned. Thank goodness he has been asking these questions about our civil liberties as they slip away. We all need answers.
From Make Poverty History team: The thousands and thousands of emails people have sent so far
are making a colossal difference in bringing the end of extreme poverty
nearer. Thanks for doing your bit. Here’s news of the next one…
