Dharmavidya

This is a very clear teaching. I would like to add, by way of practical method, that there are many ways to purify the mind. One of the best is to appreciate the good in others, the blessings we receive, and the inspiration of the great sage and to realise that behind these blessings shines the Unimpeded Light. The grace that thus falls into our lives is the agent of true spiritual cleansing.
