Pema,
I didn't realize you had ME/CFS. I've had it since 1985. It's been a long time since I read your wonderful book, When Things Fall Apart but I remember it offered me solace at a time in 2000 when I had sprained my back and my diseases resurfaced.
I hope you are as well as possible. Those of us with CFS/ME can benefit from Buddhism. I remember you saying that when your heart is broken it's wide open.
Thank you,
fogggygyrl

Dear fogggygirl, I'm not Pema. She's such a great inspiration and role model, isn't she? I love and treasure her books.
