Beautiful blog! I'd love to discuss the matter of outsourcing certain government functions with you. When I wrote my comment here, it turned out to be too long. So I'll post my response on my blog, Tengu House.

There are certainly some fascinating and profound karmic considerations at play within this topic. For a company to fulfil a government need (a contract) isn't in itself a bad thing, and a company making money is also not a bad thing. What it boild down to, for me, is support of the war machine versus support of the individual, and the ability to recognize that there will be karmic consequences for such support, one way or the other.
