Oh excellent! I'll have to add this to my recipe library, it doesn't look too labour intensive! I'm always on the look out for veggie versions of dishes...I was attempting some meatless hamburger gravy myself this weekend for some good ol'fashioned southern biscuits 'n' gravy. Average success, it's a work in progress. :)

On a side note, the recipe calls for pinhead/coarse cut/steel cut oats, which I'm a fan of...where could I buy those? I haven't seen them at the Co-op in town.
