Amogh Shakya

This interview with Taitetsu Unno is very helpful to learn and understand the basics of buddhism. To simplify the buddhist philosophy Taitetsu has tried to explan the concept of giving up your own ego to reduce suffereing.

The line taken from her interview is the highlight of the whole discussion I guess.
"the whole thrust of Buddhist life revolves around surrender, giving up the ego."

I have taken several Vipasanaa meditation course and really have experienced the things mentioned in this interview.

Very helpul post and I've shared this in my facebook and twitter.
